Patrick Nelligan

Patrick is an Army veteran of Iraq and has started two businesses since he attended our EBV. The first is called Wiper Bootie, which sells windshield wiper covers; and the other is called First Firearms Technology, which has licensed software to the state of CT to automate firearms licensing and permits. He also was instrumental in founding the Army Reserve Center of Excellence in Bristol CT, one of only 6 in the country.
