Henry dreams of being able to assist needy families in their purchase of a home. He has been working in the real estate industry for a few years now and has had trouble sacrificing his commission in order to help others.

In his past, his mother was only able to buy a home because the real estate agent gave up his commission to lower the price. Most agencies will not allow him to do this so he would like to open his own business so he can have the freedom to offer this. This would be a case by case basis and not apply to every homebuyer. He needs two more classes in order to complete his licensing in Virginia. He is currently working on applying for grants to assist him in paying for the classes and licensing fees. Once he is licensed he will begin working on the opening of his business.
