Edward Young

Edward is a Navy veteran who was wounded and suffered a TBI in Iraq. He had profound difficulties coming home, including a period in jail and in-patient PTSD treatment. Since attending our EBV, he has bought his own commercial truck and started a long-haul trucking business called Black Knights Transportation, specializing in transporting cars. His business plan includes a nationwide network of long-haul car-transport trucks. He was nominated for and voted Veteran Small Business Owner of the Year by the National Veterans Business Owners Association (NAVBOA). He attracted an angel investor, bought a second truck, and hired a second driver.
